Q: I saw an item in-store that I cannot find online. Can I still buy it?
A: Of course! We are happy to take a phone order anytime. You can reach us Monday- Saturday from 10AM - 5PM (EST) by calling (603)926-2255. We are working hard to make all of our products available for online viewing and purchase, it will take some time but we will get there. Keep checking back for new products!
Q: Do you offer gift wrap for online purchases, as you do in store?
A: We are happy to gift wrap (almost) any of our products. If you are interested in haing an item wrapped just leave a note in the comments field when placing your order or e-mail us at email@example.com. Please specify pink. blue, or neutral.
Q: Do you offer assembly and instruction about strollers?
A: In our Tax- Free Hampton Falls, NH, store location we are happy to offer set-up, demonstration, and instruction of your stroller at no cost to you.
Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A: Live Free or Die, baby! New Hampshire does not have a Sales Tax, nothing, nada. The list price is your total price (plus shipping, of course)
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover online and in-store. In-store we accept Checks, Cash, and Gift Certificates in addition to credit cards.
Q: The item/color I am interested in is listed as out of stock? What can I do?
A: If you would like to place the order to get in line for shipment when the item comes back into stock we are happy to back-order it for you and ship it out just as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. Our customer service will contact you with a lead time after the order is placed, or you can always inquire by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: The majority of our products will ship to you fom Hampton Falls, NH. However, some orders will originate directly from the manufacturer. These items are marked as such in their product descriptions.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: All orders over $150.00 ship via standard shipping to you for FREE! There are a few exceptions, including but not limited to large furniture items and gliders.
Q: How long does standard shipping take?
A: Most orders should leave our warehouse within 1-2 days of placement, with a transit time of 3-6 days depending on where it is going in relation to our location.
Q: Can I order Baby Registry Cards to insert into my Baby Shower Invitations?
A: You sure can, just e-mail us at email@example.com with your name, address, and phone number along with the amount of enclosures and we will be happy to send them out to you free of charge:)
